It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Color contact lenses and eyelashes: Free shipping nationwide *Excluding some products Cosmetics and glue: Nationwide flat rate 660 yen (tax included) Okinawa prefecture and remote islands only 1320 yen (tax included)
Free shipping for items totaling 3,500 yen (tax included) or more (including Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands)
We cannot change the address after an order has been placed, so please use the contact form to inform us of the correct address.

If the order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes.
Please contact our office using the tracking number provided in the shipping email and make the changes yourself.
If you have not placed your order, you can change it from My Page.
You can also make changes at the time of ordering.
There is a tracking number in the shipping notification email, so please check the status from there.
The storage period for each delivery store is 7 days.
If delivery is not completed by the storage date, the package will be returned to our store.
Please note that additional shipping fees will be charged for reshipping returned items.
