If you are placing an order from outside of Japan, all transactions are governed by our International Shipping Policy. Please note that this takes precedence over any policies for Japan.

Shipping charges will be incurred depending on the delivery location.

Although most individual orders are duty-free, in rare cases, customs inspections at the delivery address may result in charges for customs duties, customs inspection fees, customs clearance fees, and other expenses. If you refuse to pay these, your goods will not be received and will be discarded by customs.

Also, since it is difficult to predict in advance whether or not costs will be charged by customs, we are unable to collect them in advance.

Lead time to ship.

In principle, we ship within 5 business days.

Saturdays, Sundays and Japanese national holidays are not included in business days.

In case of shortages or large orders, it may take longer to ship.

For sale items, it takes about 2-3 weeks to get the items after they are ordered.

In principle, we use Japan Post's EMS service.

In principle, EMS of Japan Post will be used.

After shipment, you will be notified of the tracking number.

After passing through customs in the destination country, you can track the shipment from the local postal operator's website. The tracking number is the same worldwide.

■Refund and Return Policy

Once an order is completed, no returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are allowed due to customer convenience. This policy applies with the completion of payment and is in effect even before the order is shipped.

Exchanges and refunds are possible in the following cases.

If you receive an item that is not the same as the item you ordered

If the product you received has a serious initial defect (damage to the package is not covered)

If, as a result of customs inspection, the order fails to clear customs and is returned to Japan

If international logistics stops accepting shipments after the order is completed

About Personal Import

The act of placing an order with a Japanese website to purchase goods constitutes personal importation from the customer's perspective. The customer imports the goods for his/her own use and consumption.

Although many countries have deregulated personal importation, please check your country's personal importation system before placing an order. Quantities that appear to exceed your personal use may be subject to high customs duties or confiscation by customs.

In addition, products purchased through personal importation are not covered by PL insurance.
