In principle, we will ship within 5 business days after ordering. We will do our best to deliver it to our customers as soon as possible, so please wait for a while until the product arrives. In addition, some items such as sale items may take more than 2 weeks to ship.

  • Please receive your parcel within 7 days after receiving the shipping completion email from our shop. The storage period for each delivery store is 7 days. If delivery is not completed by the storage date, the parcel will be returned to us. li>
  • In order to reship the returned item, you need to pay the reshipment fee of 880 yen (tax included) separately, and if reshipment is not necessary, a cancellation fee of 1,650 yen (tax included) will be charged. I will do it. Customers who cannot pay either the reshipment fee or the cancellation fee will be restricted from using our shop. li>
  • If we judge that it is "malicious" based on the reason for return or transaction history in the past, we may cancel the order without contacting you in advance even if you place a new order. .. li>

The main causes of incomplete delivery are as follows.

〇Long-term absence
⇒The absence at the time of delivery continues. If you are absent, an absentee contact form will be posted to the post, so please use the form to arrange for redelivery.
〇 Address unknown
⇒ There is something wrong with the delivery address information (input error, missing room number, missing address, wrong nameplate, moved, etc.). Please contact the delivery shop to correct your address and arrange for redelivery.
〇Rejection of receipt
⇒ The delivery company has been notified of the refusal of receipt, and the delivery has not been completed. We cannot accept any cancellation due to customer's convenience (change of mind, order mistake, etc.) after shipping, so please contact the delivery shop and arrange for redelivery.
